As a dating & relationship coach, I study human behavior and I often wonder why two people can say they love each other only to have the relationship fall apart.
Lately, I have observed so many casual relationships because they lack depth or commitment, and this is often the result of little or no deep care & love for one or the other. This can be a result of what I’ve witnessed which is something I call false or fake attraction, which is not truly loving.
In today’s episode, we are going to explore the DEEPER conversation of love and what it really looks like vs. those folks who are experiencing false or fake attraction.

This podcast resonated with me so much. Yes, Jonathan, sex is very important to me too. Having been with a husband who was impotent for 14 years of our 23 year marriage and then subsequently meeting a man who loves sex had quite an impact on me. Unfortunately it is what you call fake attraction. So the relationship has a “shelf life” because one day I will be ready to let go and move on to perhaps having a full relationship. But I would not have missed this experience for the world. I think I needed this side trip on my journey to kick start my own growth. I am working hard on getting better spiritually and loving myself.

Jonathon – I’m sitting here thinking, boy I missed out more than I realized. We weren’t allowed to dance, or drink, and girls had to be on one side of the flagpole, that side of campus, and boys on the other. IF you were caught too close to a boy (being a girl) you were put on “Social” – yeah, wouldn’t that school/church have just loved this whole “social distancing.” I could go on and on but I’m going to go back and keep hearing about everything I missed out on – boohoo.
