OMGosh, have you ever had something really touchy to tell a guy but were afraid to speak your truth?
Our truth is merely our feelings and not necessarily the truth. This is an important thing to understand because your feelings might not be the same as the man you’re dating.
Therefore, expressing oneself in a safe way to be seen, heard, and understood is critical to relationship success.
Would you like help to learn how to talk about those difficult things with a man?
In today’s episode, we are going to explore the DEEPER need for healthy communication and how to speak your truth without scaring someone away.

Jonathon, thank you so much for your story. What a game changer that was, and what a great lesson in the how of actual communication.
A death threat, geez, I just can’t imagine. Wow. Yep, this was not about you and totally about him. He absolutely proved “bad behavior” I would say. Hugs and more hugs. You are awesome.
Loved the rest of the podcast. Excellent for sure. Thank you.
I’m struggling, not with how to discuss anything with anybody but with the whole eye-opening experience of revelation with my former boyfriend’s death. What an amazing relationship in retrospect, and how profound that me leaving was actually a “The Universe Has Your Back” thing rather than, as I told myself at the time, a major mistake on his part. BTW, when he said something to me to the effect that it was his fault. I said, no, it’s nobody’s fault, it’s just life. I now know exactly how profound and true that really was.

So I always enjoy your approach to subjects. This was my first time listening to a pod cast. Usually I see you on YouTube. This was a great treat. I am looking forward to a copy of the workbook. I know this was a couple of months back so I will be open to purchasing it if need be. I’m also going to buy your book now. I was on the fence but I know for sure I need to begin on MY SELF LOVE!! Great job on getting the truth to us Jonathon. You are gifted for sure. Thanks again! J. C. Linn
