Why Leaning Back (Playing Hard To Get) Doesn’t Work
There is a technique taught by a lot of feminine energy coaches that suggest the following: when a guy pulls away, you must lean back and if a guy cares about you, he’ll come running back.
Let’s think about it for a second, when a guy pulls away, how do you feel?
Do you feel anxious, nervous, or scared that something is wrong in the relationship?
So effectively, if you do the same he will feel the same… to me, that’s game playing.
In today’s episode, we will explore the DEEPER understanding and the conversation of why game playing only works for emotionally immature people and how you can approach your love life with the L word. LOVE!
Let’s talk about… Why Leaning Back (Playing Hard To Get) Doesn’t Work

I so agree with you in all of this. After sooo many years I finally see that it all comes down to love, and most importantly, you must love yourself to be able to love others, and out of selflove you wont waste your time on emotionally immature peoples games either.
Thanks!
P.s. I am sorry for your loss, loosing a child must be the hardest ting ♥

I completely agree with what you said. I feel there is just so much game playing going on with dating and it makes no sense to me.

Jonathon, first off – I did give “Grandpa Bunny” a big hug. He is here with me because he broke his neck and all his stuffing was falling out so grandson handed him to me to fix up here in my doll and animal “clinic.”
Now, as for this podcast. From the beginning I have understood, and totally agreed with, what you have said about leaning in rather than leaning back and potentially playing the game of hard-to-get. I found this podcast excellent, very instructive, and you made extremely clear exactly what leaning back might very well be if someone is not totally aware of dysfunctional relationship dynamics. So, Jonathon, excellent podcast. Kudos to you for explaining it all so clearly and concisely.
