Think back to the break ups in your life. How did you handle your emotions? What lessons did you learn from that relationship?
In the movies, the women are often on the receiving end of a break up and they gravitate toward eating too much ice cream. While that might be funny in the movies, a break up in real life is not so light-hearted. Overeating is certainly a coping mechanism for some but as you can guess, it’s not a healthy thing to do.
Be aware that there are ALWAYS lessons to be learned in every aspect of life, even in your breakups. Notice any patterns between your last few relationships. Are you attracted to a certain type of guy? Remember…you don’t have to settle for only one type of guy. Set your standards and don’t be afraid to say NO to any guy who doesn’t meet those standards.
